A graduate of the American Hospitality Academy, Chef Irma has been a chef since 2012. She began her career as a sous chef at Chef Laudico Guevarra’s restaurant, and was a chef consultant for over 7 years, working with a variety of establishments that included fine and casual dining, bars and commissaries. She’s been creating delicious, innovative menus at Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa since 2017.
