Navigating Compassion Fatigue with Dr. Allan Bernstein

Please join us for an hour of drinks, small bites, and insight from Dr. Allan Bernstein, a specialist in dementia research and Professor of Medicine at UCSF. Dr. Bernstein, joined by Allison and Stephanie Norman from The Norman Home Team, will offer caregivers tips for establishing a support system, setting healthy boundaries, navigating the stress of the holiday season, and remembering how important it is to refill your own cup.

Dr. Allan Bernstein
Dr. Bernstein did his medical training in New York, Los Angeles, and Boston and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. After over 25 years of research in the field of memory loss, he knows firsthand the effects it can have on both patients and their loved ones. Currently, he is a Professor of Medicine at the University of California San Francisco and Principal Investigator on multiple trials seeking to reduce and eventually prevent dementia.
